I have started every day this week listening to Leonard Cohen, one of my favourite artists all categories. I have listened to the same song every day, namely “Hallelujah”!
I think the tone in this masterpiece summarizes the feelings most of us in the market feel these days. I also think some of the lyrics fit very well with how the market has treated the less humble investor these beautiful but insidious October days. ......."She tied you to her kitchen chair, she broke your throne and she cut your hair and from your lips she drew the hallelujah".....
